With a combined 30+ years in the meeting and events industry, we pride ourselves on our unique brand of creativity and gracious personal service. With access to unlimited resources and our knowledge of every facet of event design, there is simply nothing that we can’t create. We design and plan all types of event décor, approaching each with a fresh vision and a passion for quality, fine service, and true originality. A great event is the fusion of many elements and behind the scenes are lots of talent and busy folks. Whether it be dramatic lighting, stunning custom floral designs, beautiful linens, elegant draping, fabulous lounges, or memorable finishing touches, you can expect nothing short of WOW!

The company is led by Rheana Coon. Rheana has a long family history in the local hospitality community where she got started in the industry at the age of 15. Her afterschool job at a local flower shop led to her passion of floral and event design. Rheana spent her young adult years working and developing her design skills locally before moving to Las Vegas to work as a wedding and event floral designer at the fabulous Bellagio Resort and Casino. While designing for royalty, celebrity and VIP clientele in Las Vegas was fabulous; Rheana missed her home town of sunny San Diego and working in venues by the beach! She was fortunate enough to land a job at White Lotus Productions as the Lead Event Designer, and 2 years later….she became the Proud Owner! Rheana spends a lot of her time networking in the Industry and is an active member of MPI and Convis. She works with several organizations within the local San Diego community, such as the San Diego Blood Bank and Vista Hill, and enjoys volunteering for Blooms from the Heart.
